About the Role

We are seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Talent Chief Ltd. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, compiling shortlists, arranging interviews, and providing feedback. You will also be expected to source your own clients and nurture them into long-term relationships to maximize your income.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and screening candidates
  • Compiling shortlists and arranging interviews
  • Providing feedback and writing job adverts
  • Sourcing new clients and nurturing existing relationships
Requirements
  • Previous experience in recruitment (2+ years)
  • An interest in Accountancy and Finance
  • Business Development ability
  • A strong history of billings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Great organisational skills
  • A team player
  • Computer-literate
  • The ability to be office-based
