You'll be responsible for sourcing and selecting top talent for our clients' sales and marketing teams, and for building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

What You'll Need
  • Previous Experience in Recruitment: You'll need to have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with experience of working in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong Networking Skills: You'll need to be able to build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and to have a strong network of contacts in the sales and marketing industry.
  • Proven Track Record of Delivering Results: You'll need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Embracing New Technology: You'll need to be able to use technology to aid and improve your recruitment work.
  • Genuine Passion for Recruitment: You'll need to have a genuine passion for recruitment and a desire to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
