Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons Pharmacy in Totnes. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality pharmacy services to our customers.

1. Lead and Develop the Pharmacy Team: You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of pharmacy professionals to provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality pharmacy services.
2. Provide Essential Pharmacy Services: You will be responsible for providing essential pharmacy services, including flu vaccines and NHS Pharmacy First Service (PFS).
3. Manage Pharmacy Operations: You will be responsible for managing pharmacy operations, including scheduling, holidays, and working time for pharmacy colleagues.
4. Work Collaboratively with Other Pharmacy Colleagues: You will work collaboratively with other pharmacy colleagues to provide support and advice, while sharing accurate information in a confidential and timely manner.
5. Coach and Lead the Pharmacy Team: You will be responsible for coaching and leading the pharmacy team to deliver agreed KPIs.
6. Provide Direction and Guidance: You will provide direction and guidance to pharmacy colleagues to ensure a safe and effective workflow is in place.
7. Ensure Compliance with Pharmacy Standards: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with pharmacy standards, including pharmacy standard operating procedures and data security and protection.
8. Oversee Pharmacy Stock and Sales: You will be responsible for overseeing the ordering and replenishment of pharmacy stock and controlling the sale of medicines.
9. Build Relationships with Healthcare Professionals: You will build relationships with GPs and other healthcare professionals in the community to provide expert knowledge and opportunistic interventions to maximise services and sales.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager who has a true desire to help others by leading their team and enhancing current services. You will have a Pharmacy degree, be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), and have experience of working in the community pharmacy sector.

You will be enthusiastic and committed to delivering pharmacy services and KPIs, and will deliver the highest level of customer service, building relationships with customers, colleagues, and the community.
