Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons Pharmacy in Totnes. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality pharmacy services to our customers.

1. Lead and Develop the Pharmacy Team: You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of pharmacy professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
2. Provide Pharmacy Services: You will be responsible for providing a range of pharmacy services, including flu vaccinations, NHS Pharmacy First Service, and other clinical services.
3. Manage Pharmacy Operations: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including stock management, ordering, and sales.
4. Build Relationships with Healthcare Professionals: You will be responsible for building relationships with GPs and other healthcare professionals in the community to promote our services and improve patient outcomes.
5. Deliver Business Objectives: You will be responsible for delivering business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction targets.

1. Pharmacy Degree: You must hold a pharmacy degree and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
2. Experience in Community Pharmacy: You must have experience working in a community pharmacy setting.
3. Leadership and Management Skills: You must have strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and develop a team.
4. Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
