Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Mundipharma. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest degree of financial integrity and control across our operations in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the regional General Manager to drive commercial initiatives, including tenders, volume/cost/price analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Guide and coordinate external audit processes, ensuring alignment with auditors, Finance Share Service (FSSC), and other stakeholders.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of monthly accounts, including management accounting and transfer pricing summaries, to support FND submissions and inter-company balances.
  • Coordinate forecasts and budgets for balance sheet, cash flow, and P&L areas, including insurance, restructuring, bank charges, interest, property, and tax.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including non-Finance teams, GFLT, FSSC, and international colleagues, to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Significant post-qualification experience in Financial Controlling roles.
  • Experience working within a reputable audit company.
  • Previous people leadership experience with a track record of maximizing individual and team performance.
  • Business Partnering, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a comparable education.
  • Cash and Working Capital Management expertise.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
