We are seeking an experienced Nodrics Finance Manager to join our team in Cambridge.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the company maintains the highest degree of financial integrity and control in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.
- Partner with the regional GM on commercial initiatives, including tenders, volume/cost/price analysis, and strategic requirements.
- Coordinate external audit processes, ensuring alignment with auditors, Finance Share Service FSSC, and other stakeholders.
- Review and ensure accuracy of monthly accounts, management accounting, and transfer pricing summaries.
- Coordinate forecasts and budgets for balance sheet, cash flow, and P&L areas, including insurance, restructure, bank charges, interest, property, and tax.
- Partner with stakeholders, including non-Finance, GFLT, FSSC, and international colleagues.
- Significant post-qualification experience in Financial Controlling roles.
- Experience working within a reputable audit company.
- Previous people leadership experience with a track record of maximizing individual and team performance.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a comparable education.
- Highly effective communicator in writing and face-to-face interactions.
- Strong project management skills.
