Senior Project Manager

Mivan Marine Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Marine team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop a project plan and ensure necessary resources are organized to meet the plan.
- Continuously monitor progress and take necessary steps to ensure completion date is met.
- Develop a project budget and ensure the project is delivered within that budget.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the client's specifications.
- Liaise with clients and their agents to advise on progress and problem resolution as required.
- Ensure contractual conditions are adhered to and the contractual position is not compromised.
- Monitor the financial performance of the project and take necessary steps to minimize costs.
- Proactively develop relationships with clients.
- Proactively participate in value engineering to maximize project contribution.
- Ensure a high standard of safety is maintained throughout the project and that all relevant environmental and health & safety regulations and procedures are adhered to.
- Project management experience of interior fit-out.
- Relevant qualification.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure, find resolutions, and solve problems.
- Great attention to detail, commercial acumen, and cost control.
- Ability to build and promote successful customer relationships.
