Senior Project Manager

Mivan Marine Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Marine team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring necessary resources are organized and progress is continually monitored.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within allocated funds.
- Ensure all work is carried out to client specifications, adhering to contractual conditions.
- Liaise with clients and their agents to advise on progress and problem resolution.
- Proactively develop relationships with clients, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, taking necessary steps to minimize costs and maximize project contribution.
- Ensure a high standard of safety is maintained throughout the project, adhering to relevant environmental and health & safety regulations.
- Attend meetings and surveys with client representatives, delivering projects on a worldwide basis.
- Project management experience in interior fit-out, with relevant qualification.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Great attention to detail, commercial acumen, and cost control.
- Ability to build and promote successful customer relationships.
