We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Town Planner or Associate Town Planner to join our team in a forward-thinking planning consultancy. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage planning applications, appeals, and site assessments across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive planning reports and documents.

- Mentor and support junior planners, helping to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with planning policies, regulations, and market trends, and apply this knowledge to project work.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
- Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or working towards it.
- Proven experience in a planning consultancy or local authority role.
- Strong understanding of the UK planning system, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proactive and commercially aware, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel as required.
