Role Responsibilities

In the Work After First Hearing team, you will leverage your social work expertise to assess the needs and feelings of children. Your role will involve providing insightful written case analyses to the Family Courts, advocating for the best interests of the child.

In the Private Law team, you will assist families in navigating court processes to establish suitable arrangements for children. Your responsibilities will include direct engagement with children, gathering their perspectives, and presenting these insights to the court through comprehensive reports.

Qualifications and Skills

Being a Family Court Adviser is a fulfilling yet challenging role. Candidates must possess registration with Social Work England and demonstrate resilience and organizational skills. A proven track record of working with children and families is essential, along with relevant experience from previous roles.
