About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team as a VP of Financial Origination in Leveraged Finance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex financial transactions from origination to execution and closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial modeling and credit analysis for complex transactions
  • Evaluate due diligence and provide robust commentary on term sheets and legal documents
  • Host Q&A discussions with the wider credit function
  • Manage and mentor junior team members
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external parties

Requirements

  • Strong financial modeling skills and experience in Leveraged Finance
  • Excellent credit analysis and structuring skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
