Nursery Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team of early years educators and contribute to the success of our nursery near Maidenhead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community, promoting excellent communication and a shared vision for children's learning.
  • Develop and implement new ideas to keep the nursery fresh, engaging, and forward-thinking in its approach to child development.
  • Support and develop the whole team across the nursery.

Requirements:

  • A qualified early years professional, Level 3 or higher in Childcare or Early Years.
  • Proven leadership experience in a childcare or early education setting.
  • A warm, approachable personality with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for planning and delivering exceptional learning experiences for children.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on delivering quality childcare.
