Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a management couple to lead a traditional British Coaching Inn with 14 en-suite rooms and a 50-cover restaurant. This is an opportunity to drive and develop the business, backed by an extensive group-level support system, allowing for growth and success.

We are looking for a General Management couple (GM) who will be responsible for running all aspects of day-to-day operations and for further developing business growth and opportunity. They will provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments, ensuring ongoing profitability and consistently excellent customer experience.

This business offers a unique combination of a traditional Inn with a modern refurbishment, 14 bespoke guest rooms, a restaurant, and bar. The site is full of character with a unique blend of stylish and traditional themes, making it an ideal fit for an operator with head chef experience. High-quality food is at the centre of what we are looking for in a manager, paired with the ability to operate a busy hotel.

The Ideal Candidates:

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower their team.
  • Experience in running busy operations, overseeing large teams, and maintaining high standards across all areas of the business.
  • Commercial acumen and a strong financial background.
  • Proven experience in delivering business growth, budgets, and staff retention.
  • The ability to operate a high-demand kitchen.
