Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Contract CMS & Offers Editor to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce platform team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement website content strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new offers and promotions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical support and guidance to ensure seamless integration of content and offers across the platform.
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure high-quality testing and validation of content and offers.
- Develop and maintain expertise in content management tools, HTML, CSS, SEO, and accessibility best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of CMS & Offers Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with digital design teams to ensure cohesive and engaging visual experiences.
- Proven experience in e-commerce platform management, with a strong understanding of content management tools and technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Experience in managing or mentoring teams, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Exceptional presentation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
