The Role
This position is vital within the tax department. You will be involved in various initiatives both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Tax Advisory:
Deliver comprehensive tax guidance on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and global tax matters. Identify opportunities and risks in tax planning. Oversee processes related to withholding tax, research and development credits, and support transfer pricing efforts.Tax Compliance and Reporting:
Assist in the evaluation of year-end tax provision accounting. Review and prepare corporate tax submissions. Ensure adherence to tax regulations and timely filing of necessary documents. Support tax audits.Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with other departments to provide comprehensive tax solutions. Assist Tax Managers and Directors across various projects. Help in the creation and delivery of internal training initiatives.Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about changes in tax laws and best practices. Improve existing processes and systems, and contribute to the development and implementation of new processes for enhanced efficiency and service quality.Doncasters Values:
