About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Lead Administrator to join our team at Serco. As a key member of our Support Services department, you will provide administrative support to our leadership team and assist with special projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the department and Team Leaders.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Provide cover for other Lead Administrators during periods of increased workload or absence.
  • Continuously examine processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Be proactive within the department and assist colleagues and customers to achieve a high level of service.
Requirements
  • Good level of general education, with GCSE's (A-C) or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
