About the Role:
Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Bridgwater, Somerset. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that individuals gain more independence in their daily lives and have positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement person-centred support plans
- Conduct care needs assessments
- Recruit and induct new colleagues
- Complete supervisions and appraisals
- Manage the service's P&L and ensure regulatory requirements are met
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration
- Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours
