Position: Production Administrator

Salary: £25,000 per annum

With the company experiencing significant growth and an increasing order volume, there is a need to bring on board an additional Production Administrator. This role is essential to ensure that the operational quality and precision of the factory's processes are upheld during this period of expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and uphold efficient office systems and documentation.
  • Oversee and manage Works Orders, including stock adjustments and bookings.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to satisfy customer and branch requirements, participating in inventory counts as necessary.
  • Organize sales orders generated by the sales team into structured spreadsheets.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong administrative capabilities, particularly in maintaining accuracy with numerical data, data entry, and effective filing systems.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and innovate new working methods.
