Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar insurance broking role with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and market trends.
- Excellent knowledge of business operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and insurers.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Day-to-Day Activities

- Liaise with insurers to obtain quotes and coverage options that meet clients' requirements.
- Review policy documents and provide guidance to clients on policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding client service and achieve business objectives.
