Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Account Handler to join our dynamic team at STRIDE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance broking and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions
- Negotiate with insurers to obtain the best terms for clients
- Handle policy renewals, amendments, and claims efficiently
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar insurance broking role
- Excellent knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Liaise with insurers to obtain quotes and coverage options
- Review policy documents and provide advice to clients
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations
- Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding client service
