## Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Emponics team in Tonbridge/Maidstone, Kent. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our expanding Painting division.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage the successful delivery of painting contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction while controlling costs and profit for the business.
* Utilize your commercial acumen and ability to build strong client relationships.
* Prepare cost estimates for contracts and tenders, highlighting any risks.
* Manage the pricing of tenders to maximize business wins and profitability.
* Work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure productivity targets are agreed and issued before contract start.
