Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to practice in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions.
Main Duties
As a Registered Nurse with HC-One, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our Residents, working closely with multi-professional teams to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will be expected to develop complex decision-making and collaborative skills, and to work in a nurse-led environment. You will also be responsible for building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with Residents and their loved ones.
Person Specification
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and a commitment to their profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC. You will have a degree in Nursing and UK NMC Pin Qualified. You will also have experience working in a care home environment, and be able to demonstrate your ability to work in a nurse-led environment.
