Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Family Law Solicitor to lead our team and drive strategic growth in this key area of practice. As a Senior Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex family law matters, including divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, and financial settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Family Solicitors, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to secure new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in family law and practice, ensuring that the team is equipped to provide expert advice and representation.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's family law practice, including identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of PQE in Family Law, with experience in mentoring and leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
