Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team, working in a 60-bedded service that provides nursing care to individuals living with dementia and physical disabilities. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering clinical care, leading the care team, and maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Lead the care team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individualized care for each resident.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • NMC registration and eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Passion for elderly care and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including days, nights, and weekends, as required.
