Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Consett, County Durham. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, working closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
  • Develop and implement well-structured care plans, taking into account individual resident needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, utilizing modern technology to enhance care delivery.
  • Oversee medicine management, adhering to company policies and current legislation.
  • Make informed decisions in a timely manner, prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of learning and development.
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Ability to lead a team, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with others.
  • Passionate about delivering great care, supporting residents, and their families.
  • Able to demonstrate awareness and understanding of relevant legislation and care standards.
