GenAI Platform Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Platform Architect to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our CIO Gen AI Platform team, you will be responsible for delivering a state-of-the-art Gen AI platform that provides a common framework for architecting, building, testing, deploying, and running Gen AI capabilities and services.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement GenAI capabilities across our business, working closely with software/data engineers, business teams, product owners, and senior stakeholders.
- Liaise with enterprise architects and GenAI vendors/CSPs to align on product roadmaps and drive future capabilities based on business requirements and industry direction.
- Prioritize features and capabilities for creation/modification and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI.
- Excellent Systems Architecture and Engineering principles and techniques, including DevSecOps, distributed systems, microservices, integration/API first, and data engineering.
- Cyber Security architecture, design, and implementation experience.
- GenAI architecture, design, and delivery experience, including LLMs and RAG integration, GenAI services/use cases/orchestration, Prompt Engineering, Security, Responsible AI, and LLMOPs.
- Excellent skills in AWS (EKS)/Azure, Python/Java, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish positive senior stakeholder relationships, provide technical leadership, and drive change.
- Competitive salary (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
