Client Experience Executive
**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Client Experience Executive to join our team at Faith Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work closely with clients to provide information and support for meetings and presentations
* Organize and coordinate meetings, including building presentations and collating information for quotes
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships through timely communication
* Utilize our in-house system to record all client activity and information
* Provide administrative support to directors and managers
* Process invoices and chase payments as needed
* Maintain accurate records using Excel spreadsheets
**Requirements**
* At least 6 months of experience in a finance-related role
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Strong understanding of employee benefits and salary sacrifice
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
