Our Smart Lockers represent the optimal solution for automating tedious manual tasks. These connected technologies provide secure storage and facilitate transactional processes. Ricoh Smart Lockers offer secure, authenticated access around the clock, with cloud-based monitoring that delivers real-time visibility, tracking, insights, and reporting.
With a network of 4,800 certified field service engineers and 1.3 million installed locker doors, you will be part of a large team driving Ricoh's commitment to performance and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities:
- As a Smart Locker Technician Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training through our two-year program, equipping you to perform effective installations, maintenance, and repair services on our Smart Lockers in designated field areas.
- You will ensure that our Smart Locker clients receive exceptional service, embodying Ricoh's core value of Customer Centricity.
