Data Protection Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Compliance Manager to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions. As a Data Protection Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of our Data Protection Policy and Freedom of Information policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Data Protection Officer for the University and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Design and implement policies that promote data protection and information security.
- Provide regular reports on compliance to the Senior Management team and the University's Board of Governors.
- Design and deliver staff training materials and guidance materials.
- Monitor and report on mandatory training modules.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with compliance procedures and audit processes.
- Strong understanding of data protection legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
