Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Bankside Hotel. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the bar team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Prepare the bar service, ensuring that all equipment is readily available for bartenders on duty.
  • Monitor stock levels and quality of products used in the bar, and maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver world-class cocktails and experiment with new recipes to enhance our menu.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cocktail and mocktail trends to ensure our menu remains innovative and exciting.

Requirements

  • Experience in mixology and the ability to create sophisticated cocktails.
  • Fluent level of English, with other languages desirable.
  • Ability to consult with customers and advise on cocktails.
  • Practical bartending skills, including shakers and beer taps.
  • Creative skills in mixing and the ability to develop new recipes.
