Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd. as a Project Coordinator - Water Infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting water projects, leveraging your expertise in project planning to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Previous experience working on water projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
