About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef to join our team at Lounge in Urmston. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our customers' specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to our menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Work collaboratively with our Head Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations and high standards of food safety.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a clean and safe kitchen.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous kitchen experience, either as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, or Commis Chef.
  • A driven and relentless attitude, with a positive can-do approach.
  • Good communication skills and a team player mentality.
  • Self-motivation to work at pace, with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety.
