Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a clinical caseload independently, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
- Conduct comprehensive occupation-focused assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Develop and implement interventions to promote independence, safety, and well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and support workers, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Supervise and mentor support workers and occupational therapy students to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in service development and research activities to drive quality improvement and best practices.
