About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Associate to join our Assurance Team at Buzzacott LLP. As a Senior Audit Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional services to our clients and contributing to the growth and success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and complete statutory and CASS audits in accordance with auditing standards and our firm's methodology.
  • Prepare financial statements, including consolidated accounts, using CaseWare under UK GAAP or IFRS.
  • Supervise audit assignments, develop strong client relationships, and resolve audit issues prior to manager review.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members and contribute to the development of innovative audit methodologies.
Requirements
  • ACA qualification
  • Strong audit experience with UK GAAP and IFRS
  • Experience in group audits and liaison with group and/or component auditors
  • Leadership experience in managing an audit team of two or more people
