SRG is collaborating with a prominent global pharmaceutical organization seeking a QC Analytical and Raw Materials Team Supervisor to enhance their growing team.

The primary objective of this role is to deliver technical guidance and coordinate the activities assigned to the QC Analytical team, focusing on the evaluation of quality control samples and supporting validation studies. The supervisor will maintain an active presence in the laboratory to oversee laboratory operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure adherence to quality and reliability standards.
  • Supervise the application of chemical testing methods (UPLC and Gas Chromatography) and various measuring instruments in line with approved protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate and communicate with relevant functional teams regarding the status of activities and quality testing needs.
  • Conduct expert reviews of data, protocols, and reports to ensure compliance with cGMPs and good documentation practices.
  • Address any anomalous results and lead investigations to identify root causes.
  • Facilitate quality control training and review and approve standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, etc.).
  • Extensive experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated sectors.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Experience in direct interactions with regulatory bodies.
  • Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) principles.
  • Understanding of FDA and EMA regulations.
