About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team at Sciensus. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to children with long-term conditions, rare diseases, and cancer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized nursing care to children in their own homes, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer IV therapies and other treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Manage daily workload, maintain accurate records, and report any adverse effects or concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and best practices to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Registered Children's Nurse with a strong background in pediatric care.
  • Competent in the administration of IV therapies and other treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with children, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
