About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager at Minster. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as first line support to the Branch Manager, leading and supporting the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver the best possible experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product lines and services to make the most of customer interactions.
  • Process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers informed throughout their journey.
  • Lead the team to prioritize Health & Safety and demonstrate safe working practices.
