KPI Recruiting Ltd is proud to partner with a reputable family-owned enterprise seeking a Client Relations Specialist to enhance their dynamic team. This role requires a valid driving license due to the absence of public transport options.

Role Overview

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and customers
  • Promote the business and the Director's brand through various online platforms
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key account clients
  • Handle all sensitive information and documentation with discretion
  • Establish a professional rapport with the Director; manage all communications on their behalf, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Prepare reports and design presentations
  • Initiate new work orders and modify existing ones
  • Address incoming inquiries through a ticketing system
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved within designated service level agreements
  • Accurately document job details
  • Keep clients updated on pending repairs
  • Maintain a record of all communications with clients
  • Effectively manage notes, including unscheduled tasks
  • Collaborate daily with engineers to facilitate job completion
  • Accurately close jobs in the system
  • Coordinate with other departments within the organization

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in a customer service capacity
  • Experience managing inbound calls is essential
  • Proficient in data entry and general administrative duties
  • Computer literate
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and punctuality
  • Experience in handling customer complaints
