  • This position entails strategic collaboration with service leaders from Bristol City Council and school administrators to ensure a unified approach in elevating student achievement, tackling educational disparities, and fostering effective school leadership alongside high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Expertise in facilitation and informed commissioning is essential for success in this role.
  • We require an individual with the enthusiasm and determination to guide the development and execution of Bristol's School Improvement initiatives, aiding schools in delivering exceptional educational services in both primary and secondary sectors.
  • An exceptional communicator with experience in headship or senior leadership within a Trust or Local Authority environment will be ideal, capable of inspiring and influencing leaders at all levels while swiftly and effectively establishing relationships.
