We are currently seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to support the Operations team at Niyaa People Ltd with producing high-quality bid proposals across various sectors.

The Role

As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire bidding process, from initial development to final submission, ensuring the creation of comprehensive bid proposals that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective bid strategies to secure new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze market intelligence
  • Manage and coordinate the bid process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
