Job Summary:
Ruby Group (Recruitment) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the billing and collection process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining strong relationships with partners and fee earners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for billing and collection matters, working closely with partners and fee earners to maximize billings and collections.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with partners and fee earners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and manage WIP and debt balances, providing regular reporting updates to senior management.
- Offer advice on delinquent accounts and support credit controllers to achieve cash targets.
- Monitor and follow up on missing timesheets and manage Ebilling clients to ensure timely invoice submissions.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of revenue or billing management experience, preferably gained in a law firm.
- Prior experience using 3E and EBillingHub is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential.
