Job Title: Quantum Expert Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantum Expert Leader to join our team in London. As a key member of our Quantum team, you will be responsible for leading the development of contract and commercial strategies to successfully recover performance of distressed projects or major programs.

Your expertise in quantum forensic analysis, contract administration, and commercial management will be essential in preparing analysis and expert reports for high-value and complex arbitration and litigation proceedings.

You will work closely with our clients to identify root causes of project and major program performance issues and develop effective stakeholder management strategies to address these challenges.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on domestic and international projects, develop and pursue claims up or down the supply chain, and lead the pursuit of claims to successful negotiated resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of contract and commercial strategies to recover performance of distressed projects or major programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or a similar degree in construction.
  • Master's degree in applicable construction specialism, highly preferable a construction law LLM or similar.
