ESS Recruit is collaborating with a prominent multinational organization specializing in the design, manufacturing, and testing of gas analysis instruments and emission monitoring solutions. Their advanced technology is utilized across various industrial sectors, including petrochemical, fast-moving consumer goods, and hazardous engineering applications. To support their growth, they are seeking a skilled Assembly and Test Technician to join their Process Gas Analysers division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-assembly of components and products following detailed work instructions.
  • Construction of customized optical benches tailored to client specifications.
  • Installation of optical benches within diverse housing structures.
  • Integration of electrical components into assemblies.
  • Establishing gas connections, including tubing and piping.
  • Manufacturing electrical connections with precision.
  • Configuration and calibration of gas analysers.
  • Conducting long-term and temperature stability tests.
  • Linearization processes for analysers.
  • Creation and maintenance of relevant documentation.
  • Preparation of equipment for shipment.
  • Additional tasks as assigned, aligned with your skills and expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in assembly or manufacturing environments. A background in technical vocational training, particularly in electrical or mechanical engineering, is preferred. Familiarity with gas analysis technology and soldering techniques is advantageous. Proficiency in standard office software, such as MS Office, is also required.
