Role Objective:

As the Senior Production Coordinator, your main responsibility is to manage the comprehensive logistical execution of visual content across various platforms, including ecommerce, editorial, campaign stills, moving images, and video. This mid-level role encompasses all production aspects, collaborating closely with the Art Director and the Production Operations team to streamline workflows and ensure timely project delivery, including negotiating with external partners and maintaining quality standards.

Key Duties:

  • Oversee the production schedule and content calendar for the Brand team.
  • Manage all internal (ecommerce/studio) productions and coordinate all external (campaign, location, street, in-store, social) creative projects.
  • Handle external contracts and necessary documentation.
  • Gather project specifications, set timelines, and identify required resources.
  • Work with internal teams to comprehend their objectives and provide innovative solutions.
  • Ensure effective communication among all teams involved to facilitate smooth production processes.
  • Administer project timelines, budgets, and tracking systems efficiently.
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed and address their inquiries regularly.
  • Oversee production budgets and manage crew invoicing, ensuring all expenses align with budgetary limits and are accurately recorded.
  • Supervise digital operations during shoots, including the management of Capture One photo library software to ensure all digital assets are captured, organized, and securely backed up.
  • Maintain strict adherence to timelines and objectives during shoots, ensuring efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to guarantee that all necessary assets are booked and delivered on schedule and meet brand standards.
  • Manage and edit behind-the-scenes videography during shoots, capturing essential content.
  • Conduct post-production tasks, including video editing, color correction, and audio mixing.

Qualifications for Success:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Capture One, Excel, PowerPoint, and data management tools.
  • Experience in content capture.
  • Familiarity with camera/video equipment, lighting setups, and editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Capcut, or Photoshop.
  • Proven experience with complex photography and video projects, including location and international shoots, demonstrating strong project management skills.
  • Expertise in budgeting and financial management for projects.
  • Background as a production coordinator, with a robust portfolio showcasing your ability to capture and edit social content.
  • Knowledge of resource management and scheduling for effective project execution.
  • Understanding of critical path implementation for strategic project management.
