We are looking for a Data Management Analyst to contribute to our ongoing digital transformation efforts at Hargreaves Lansdown. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring that our Critical Data adheres to quality standards and governance protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine Critical Data Elements utilized in various business scenarios.
- Engage with subject matter experts to assess and define Critical Data.
- Establish Data Quality measures within a Data Management framework.
- Assist in Data Migration and collaborate with Business Analysts on Data Mapping tasks.
- Generate insights on Data Quality to support informed decision-making.
- Recommend remediation strategies to stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, particularly focusing on Client Master Data.
- Proficient in SQL for data analysis and trend identification.
- Familiarity with low-code Data Management solutions.
- Understanding of Data Ownership frameworks and Data Migration processes.
- Possession of DAMA and DCAM certifications.
