Job Title: Governance Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Architect to join our team at LTIMindtree. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data governance strategies that ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and security.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data management solutions that meet business needs.
  3. Ensure compliance with data governance regulations and standards.
  4. Design and implement data quality metrics and monitoring processes.
  5. Develop and maintain data governance documentation and training materials.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data governance initiatives.
  7. Provide data governance guidance and support to business stakeholders.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data governance.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
  • Experience with data management tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
