We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Executive to join our Retail Team at JD Williams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our marketing efforts to existing customers, setting the strategy, best practices, standards, and innovation to increase customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement CRM Strategy: Define the CRM strategy and initiatives to deliver business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Set CRM Best Practices: Establish and enhance CRM best practices, including lifecycle programs and loyalty programs, to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Lead the CRM Community: Bring together and lead the wider CRM community, including capability, training, and standards, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Manage Central CRM Team: Directly manage the central CRM team to ensure effective execution of CRM initiatives.
- Own CRM Budgets and Suppliers: Own the delivery of CRM budgets and supplier relationships to ensure optimal ROI.
- Lead Relationship with Data and DT: Lead the relationship with Data and DT to deliver the CRM roadmap and measure effectiveness.
- Strong Track Record in CRM: Proven track record in developing and delivering complex and multi-channel CRM strategies.
- Experience in Retail Environment: Experience of managing CRM in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
- Excellent CRM Knowledge: Excellent understanding of CRM best practices, including customer journey mapping and segmentation.
- Strong Influencing and Collaborative Skills: Strong influencing and collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
