We are currently partnering with a respected and progressive technology company, James Andrews Technology, in search of an Interim Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist. The role is for a minimum of three months, provides the opportunity for remote working and the intention is for it to lead to a permanent position. This role encompasses supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure and operational software and services aligned with corporate goals and operational requirements.
- Independently and collaboratively deliver ongoing support, management services, and maintain operational IT systems
- Assist in the planning, testing, and delivery of new and improved systems, adhering to established procedures and documentation
- Ensure fast response capabilities through controls, monitoring, and alerts
- Deliver configured, fault-free hardware assets within SLAs
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field; professional technical qualifications in Microsoft Windows Networking
- Solid background in Windows Network environment, Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Servers, Office 365), cloud-based infrastructure support, and a proven track record of personal development
