About the Role

As a Property Manager at Spicerhaart, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring they meet all regulatory health and safety standards, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
  • Processing deposit returns and resolving rental arrears in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

Requirements

  • A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Previous experience in a Property Manager role or customer-facing and/or administrative roles
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and IT skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of £20,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience
  • Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary)
  • A further £2,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary)
  • Minimum on-target earnings of £28,125+ per year

  • Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day in lieu in exchange)
