About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart in Luton. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our landlords and tenants, ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties, ensuring they meet all regulatory health and safety standards.
  • Negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals, and coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repair issues.
  • Process deposit returns, resolve rental arrears, and handle eviction requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.

Requirements

  • A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Previous experience in a Property Manager role or customer-facing and/or administrative roles.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, outstanding customer service, and good communication skills.
  • IT skills and attention to detail.

What We Offer

  • A competitive basic salary range of £20,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience.
  • Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary).
  • A further £2,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary).
  • Minimum on-target earnings of £28,125+ per year.
  • Company Car.
  • Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day in lieu in exchange).
